Week of December 4th

The holiday spirit is in the air in the Quarter Note Class. The children were very busy this week preparing for Christmas and Chanukah as well as working on fine motor, handwriting, and continuing to learn the correct pencil grasp. We read lots of Holiday books including Thomas’s Christmas Delivery by Rev W. Awdry, Olivia Helps With Christmas by Ian Falconer, and How The Grinch Stole Christmas by Dr. Seuss.

Making a holiday/miss you card for our classmate Bodie who was on vacation and then sick all week. We then gave the card to his big brother in the Whole Note class to bring to Bodie. We are glad you felt better and were able to come to school on Friday! We were so glad to see you!
